How to use

• Empty contents of sachet into a cup
• Half fill with very hot water. Stir well
• Add cold water as necessary

Recommended Dose :
Adults (including elderly) and children aged 16 years and over: One sachet to be taken every 4- 6 hours as necessary. Do not take more than 6 sachets per days. Do not use for more than 7 days without medical advise.
