Wash your face thoroughly and moisten your nose and the strip. Dry hands thoroughly and remove the strip from the plastic liner. Apply strip to moistened nose area with the smooth side facing your skin. Let the strip dry for 15 -20 minutes .The strip should feel stiff as it drys. After the strip is dried, slowly and carefully peel off the strip.
